(1) Prepare to Purchase
- Purchasing a firearm is a big deal. There are lots of factors to consider, and if this is your first time, please reach out to us so we can walk you through the process. If you cant talk or type, here is a short tutorial to follow:
- YOU MUST BE A TENNESSEE RESIDENT in order for Gundalorium to conduct an in-person FFL transfer in person, with official TN ID.
- If you are ordering a firearmfrom outside the state of Tennessee, check your local laws about what you can and cannot purchas online. We only ship firearms to official and current FFL holders and businesses.
- Ensure you CONTACT US PRIOR to the purchasing and shipping your order to ensure we will be available to meet your transfer timeline.
- Once you research online and find a firearm to “order,” choose “Gundalorium” or “Gundalorian” as your FFL in the online FFL locator by entering in 37062 in the Zip Code.
- If the company does not have us on file or they do not have an FFL locator on their webpage, contact us with the company’s email, phone number, and your order information and we will send them our license. Please send any FFL License requests to: [email protected]
- Moreover, let us know what you are looking for…we may have one in stock, or can find you a better price through our distributors. No hard feelings if we can’t beat an online price, we’re still here to help.
(2) Contact us at Gundalorium
- Once you make contact with us and we agree upon the transfer and the timeline, send us any tracking information as soon as you get it from the online firearm dealer. Send your tracking information to: [email protected]. * Title the email: “FFL Transfer Information”
- After we receive your firearm and log it into the system, we will contact you to verify your order and set up an appointment to come by to complete the ATF 4473 form(s), the Federal Background Check (TICS), and any other administrative requirement.

(3) Sales and Transfers
- Transfer fees: $25.00 if you purchased through Gundalorium. $30.00 if purchased elsewhere.
- Transfer Fees for 2 or more firearms: $30.00 from us; $35.00 from elsewhere
- Ensure you bring a valid and current TN ID, Drivers License, Carry Permit, or other Official State ID that shows your current address and residency in TN.
- After legally complying with the requirements on the completed ATF 4473 and/or other required paperwork, AND successfully passing a Federal Background Check, we will transfer your new firearm to you.
- Sales and Transfer invoices will be made available as appropriate.
